Refund & Returns

Custom-made products are one of a kind and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If you received a faulty item:

  • Contact us on originalera.co@gmail.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you have received a faulty item, you will get a replacement or another product with the same price, once the item has been returned back to us.

Once the item has been entitled to return:

  • You can post your return back within 7 days of receiving the confirmation from us.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • Returns after 7 days of the confirmation will not be accepted.
  • Once your return has reached our head office, allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund.
  • We will then send you a confirmation email when we have already processed the refund.
